东北地区土壤中4株Bt菌株的研究

摘    要:对从东北地区土壤中分离出的4株编号分别为HB-4、HB-11、HB-37和HB-69的苏云金芽孢杆菌菌株进行了形态特征、发酵特性、生化反应、鞭毛血清型鉴定及毒力测定的研究。结果表明,4株菌株的血清型分别为:H3abc、H14、H5ab和H3abc。4株菌株对小菜蛾均有较高毒力,HB-37对玉米螟有较高毒力,HB-4对玉米螟有低毒,HB-11对尖音库蚊有低毒。

Abstract:This paper studied the modality characters,ferment characters,biochemical reaction,H-serotype and toxicity of 4 Bt strains numbered HB-4,HB-11,HB-37 and HB-69 respectively from soil in northeast China.The results showed that their serotype belong to H_(3abc),H_(14),H_(5ab) and H_(3abc) respectively.All of the 4 strains have highly toxicity to Plutella xylostella;HB-37 has highly toxicity to Ostrinia furnacalis;HB-4 has low toxicity to Ostrinia furnacali,HB-11 has low toxicity to Culex pipiens.
