| 摘 要： | 为探究瘦素受体基因(LEPR)在贵州白山羊组织中的表达规律,利用实时荧光定量PCR技术检测LEPR基因在贵州白山羊心、肝、脾、肺、肾、肠、背肌、腿肌和皮下脂肪9个组织的表达量。结果表明:目的基因LEPR和内参基因GAPDH的熔解曲线均呈单一峰形,说明所选条件可准确定量LEPR基因在贵州白山羊各组织中的相对表达量。具体表达量为脂肪脾肺背肌肠肝肾心腿肌。

| Abstract: | The expression quantity of LEPR gene in the heart,liver,spleen,lung,kidney,intestine,back muscle,leg muscle and subcutaneous fat of Guizhou white goat was detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR to explore the expression patterns of LEPR gene in different tissues of Guizhou white goat.The results showed that the melting curves of both LEPR gene and GAPDH gene have a single peak.This indicates that the expression of LEPR gene in different tissues can be accurately quantified with the selected conditions in Guizhou white goat.The expression quantity of the LEPR gene was fat ＞ spleen ＞ lung ＞ back muscles ＞ intestine ＞ liver ＞ kidney ＞ heart ＞ leg muscles. |
