摘    要:为探讨绢蒿属S eriph id ium(B ess)Po ljak.植物的系统分类学问题,应用光镜和扫描电镜对我国12种绢蒿属植物的种子微形态特征进行了比较观察。结果表明,12种绢蒿属植物种子形态多样,分别呈卵形、长卵形、棒状、矩圆形和肾形;表面纹饰以纵条纹为主;在系级水平上,种子微形态特征虽表现出相似性,但仍具有一定的分类学价值;种子形态、大小((0.78~2.86)mm×(0.31~1.03)mm)、千粒重(0.286~0.512 g)、表面纹饰类型等特征为绢蒿属植物系统分类提供了丰富的信息。

Abstract:In order to discuss the taxonomic characteristics of Seriphidium(Bess) Poljak.,the seed microstructure features of its 12 species in China were observed under light microscope(LM) and scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results show that the shapes of seeds are oviform,long oviform,claviform oblongish and kidneyshaped respectively,and their ornamentations are mainly vertical-wrinkles.At section level,the microstructure features of seed are more or less alike,but they are useful to some extent for classification of Seriphidium(Bess) Poljak..The length is from 0.78 mm to 2.86 mm,the width is from(0.31) mm to 1.03 mm,and the kernel weight is from 0.286 g to 0.512 g.Based on results,the microstructure features of seed provide important informations for classification of Seriphidium(Bess) Poljak..
