摘    要:为了探讨嫁接对黄瓜产量及氮素吸收利用特性的影响,本研究选用黄瓜品种‘翠绿’为接穗,‘青研砧木1号’南瓜作为嫁接砧木,采用裂区试验方法进行栽培方式与施氮肥处理对嫁接黄瓜产量及氮素吸收利用特性的研究。结果表明:嫁接后黄瓜产量达到60380.18 kg/hm2,较自根栽培提高62.02%。嫁接栽培和施肥处理均显著提高黄瓜氮素吸收量,分别为32.44%和28.13%,氮素利用效率和氮著差异显著差异。

Effect of Grafting Cultivation and Nitrogen Application on Yield and Nitrogen Utilization of Cucumber
Abstract:

In order to understand the characteristic of nitrogen uptake and utilization of grafting cultivation on cucumber yield, the relationship between cultivation methods and fertilization on cucumber yield, experiment was conducted using split spot design that cucumber ‘Cuilv’ was the scion and pumpkin ‘Qingyan stock No.1’ was the rootstocks. The results showed that cucumber yield reached after grafting 60380.18 kg/hm2, compared with 62.02% increase from the root cultivation. Grafting cultivation and fertilization treatments were significant improve cucumber nitrogen uptake were 32.44% and 28.13%, nitrogen use efficiency and nitrogen use efficiency was no significant difference.
