皱叶酸模染色体数目及核型分析

摘    要:采用压片法,对长白山地区野生皱叶酸模体细胞染色体计数,对其进行核形态学研究。结果表明:皱叶酸模的染色体数目为2n=60,其中第3对染色体具随体,核型公式为K(2n)=2X=2m(2SAT)+48m+10sm,属"2B"类型,核型不对称系数为59.86%,染色体相对长度系数IRL=1L+9M2+19M1+1S。基于观察结果分析了皱叶酸模染色体对称程度、类型及染色体组成,在进化类型上属于原始类型。

Abstract:The karyotype analysis of Rumex crispus L.was studied by conventional pressed slice method.The results were as follows:The chromosomal number of R.crispus was 2 n=60 where one satellite was found in the third chromosome.The karyotype was belonged to "2B" and was formulated as K(2n)=2X=2m(2SAT)+48m+10sm,the asymmetry index was 59.86%.The relative length coefficient IRL=1L+9M2+19M1+1S.Detailed analysis displayed that R.crispus L.belongs to primitive type.
