| 摘 要： | 目的]研究藏乌头乙酸乙酯部位的杀螨活性。方法]利用从青海采集的藏头乌(Aconitum L.)进行层析分离提取其乙酸乙酯部位,测定该部位对植食性害虫朱砂叶螨(Tetranychus cinnabarinus)和二斑叶螨(Tetranychus urticae Koch)的杀虫活性。结果]藏乌头的乙酸乙酯部位具有较强的杀螨活性,当提取物浓度达到250 ug/ml时,对朱砂叶螨和二斑叶螨的触杀活性分别达40%和30%以上,与市场使用的0.3%的苦参碱效果相当;以LC50进行比较,乌头乙酸乙酯提取物和对照药剂0.3%苦参碱对朱砂叶螨及二斑叶螨的LC50值的95%置信限均存在重叠,判断两者的毒力差异不显著。结论]乌头乙酸乙酯提取物作为杀螨剂具有一定的应用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective ] The aim was to study acaricidal activity of ethyl acetate extracts of Qinghai Aconitum plants. Method ] The acaricidal ac- tivities of ethyl acetate extracts of Qinghai Aconitum L. plants against Tetranychus cinnabarinus and Tetranychus urticae Koch were evaluated by u- sing slide-dip method. Result ] The results indicated that the acaricidal activity was significantly higher when treated by 250 p~g/ml ethyl acetate extracts, and the motality rate to Tetranychus cinnabarinus and Tetranychus urticae Koch. were respectively 40% and 30%, which almost reached the effect of 0.3% bought in market. By comparison of LCso values of ethyl acetate extract and 0.3% matrine on Tetranychus cinnabarinus and Tetranychus urticae Koch. , the confidence interval of LCso values of 95% were overlapped and the two virulence difference was not significant. Conclusion] The ethyl acetate extracts of Qinghai Aconitum plants had certain value in the development of botanical pesticides. |
