摘 要: | 目的]改进谷物入库前清理工艺,减轻环境污染状况,提高产量和降低能耗,确保净粮入库。方法]设计新的谷物清理工艺流程,配置新的食品加工设备,改造谷物清理工艺场地。结果]改造后的新工艺采用一机整体加工处理。清理工序包括清初清、2次清理和轻杂清理。整个清理装置由双层振动筛体和风选器构成,采用立体叠加式机械构架,进行初清的上层筛作逆向往复运动,初筛运动时杂质留在筛面,谷物自然落下;第2层筛体分为两层筛面作振动运动,轻过初清的谷物首先进入最上层筛面,在筛体振动作用下,体积偏大的杂质留在最上层筛面上排除,谷物和体积偏小的杂质落入第2层继续筛选,在这层谷物留在筛面杂质落下,谷物在筛面末端直接进入风选器。风选器中风由下向上流动,没有被分离出的轻杂、灰尘等被自下而上的空气流带走,谷物由于比重较大而从风选器底部落下,整个分离清理过程完毕。该款新的设备与处理工艺大幅度提高了处理量(提高19~32 t/h),能耗减少1.56 kW/h,去杂效果符合国家入库标准。结论]该谷物清理新工艺及装备,使整个原粮加工在同一台设备上完成,解决了多台机械联合作业中出现的功效不配置问题;同时降低了设备投资成本,提高了产量。

Abstract: | Objective] To improve cereal cleaning technique before storing, reduce environment pollution status, improve yield and reduce en- ergy consumption. Method] Design new cereal cleaning technique process, configure new food processing equipment, transform cereal cleaning sites. Result] The transformed new technique adopted a machine for process. The cleaning device is composed of double-layer vibration sieve and winnowing device, adopting stereo overlap type machine frame. The new equipment and process greatly improves the processing capacity (19 -32 t/h), energy consumption is reduced 1.56 kW/h, the purification effect conforms to the national standard of storing. Conclusion ] The new technique and equipment of cereal cleaning reduced the cost of investment and improved the yield. |
