| 摘 要： | 本文密切联系当今一系列教育观念的更新,以及上海农业转型升级的形势,阐述了构建素质教育的新思路,并围绕再创上农人才特色,对素质教育的抓手、阵地和枢纽进行了回顾与探讨.提出应把综合素质和人才特色的养成贯穿于理论教学、实践教学和校园文化活动之中;要把图书馆、学生宿舍同课堂一样视作重要教育阵地;并充分发挥教研室、班主任和学生社团的枢纽作用,使素质教育得以全方位强化.

| Abstract: | This paper shows the new ideas of quality education,by analysing the variation of the present education views and the new situation of the form transformation and the escalation of Shanghai agriculture. The methods ,positions and pivots of quality education are reviewed and discussed ,according to the creation of characteristics of Shanghai Agricultural Collgeg (SAC)qualified scientists and technicians. The research points out that the enhancememt of comprehensive qualities and characteristics of qualified scientists and technicians must run through theory education,practice education and campus cultural activities ,and library and students* dormitory must be regard as the important education positions as well as classroom, and the pivot function of the teaching and research section,the teacher in charge of a class and students' association needs further elaboration in order to enhance quality education in every aspect. |
