| 摘 要： | 以河南省鹤壁市淇河湿地为例，介绍了湿地在资源开发、生态修复等方面存在的问题。在此基础上，提出了河流湿地保护与资源开发的相关时策，即以保护为主、科学规划、适度开发、制定相关政策、加强监管等。

| Abstract: | Taking wetland of Qi River in Hebi City of Henan Province as an example,the problems of wetland in resources development and ecological restoration were introduced.On this basis,related countermeasures on wetland protection and resources development were put forward,such as planning scientifically based on protection,developing moderately,making related policy and strengthening supervision. |
