| 摘 要： | 采用种子发芽力和下胚轴切段伸长测定的方法,研究了天然油菜素内酯对臭椿种子发芽和下胚轴切段伸长的影响,结果表明,不同浓度的天然油菜素内酯处理对臭椿种子的发芽率、发芽势、平均发芽速度均由明显的促进作用。与对照相比,0.3 mg/L浓度的天然油菜素内酯处理使臭椿种子发芽率提高了33.3%,发芽势提高了9.4%,发芽时间缩短了37.7%;0.4 mg/L浓度的天然油菜素内酯处理使臭椿下胚轴切段伸长比对照提高了29.4%。

| Abstract: | The research showed that the germination energy,germination rate and average germination speed of Ailanthus altissima(Mill.)
