摘    要:在室内条件下,采用食物平衡法研究不同溶解氧条件下的黄鳝最大摄食率和特定生长率.在10 d的试验期间,在水温相同(23±1)℃条件下,随着水底溶解氧含量(1.7~8.2 mg/L)的显著下降,黄鳝最大摄食率和特定生长率呈下降的趋势(P>0.05).

Abstract:Under indoor condition,the maximum ration level(RLmax) and special growth rate(SGR) of ricefield eels were studied with food-balance method under different dissolved oxygen in order to provide scientific management of water quality in ricefield eels culture with quantitive basis.During 10 days,at temperature of(23±1)℃,RLmax and SGR of ricefield eels were decreased with the significant decrease of dissolved oxygen from 8.2 to 1.7 mg/L,which was not significantly different(P<0.05).
