烤烟叶片成熟过程中化学成分派生值的变化

摘    要:田间条件下对烤烟下、中、上3个部位叶片成熟过程中主要化学成分派生值的变化进行了分析。结果表明:随着烟叶部位的上升和移栽后天数的增加,总糖/烟碱、还原糖/烟碱比值随之降低,两糖差值的变化无明显规律性。3个部位烟叶之间两糖差值、总糖/烟碱、还原糖/烟碱比值的差异均不显著;不同移栽后天数之间两糖差值的差异不显著,总糖/烟碱比值的差异显著,还原糖/烟碱比值的差异极显著。不同移栽后天数与两糖差值之间的相关性不显著,与总糖/烟碱、还原糖/烟碱比值之间均呈极显著负相关;烟叶中,总糖/烟碱与还原糖/烟碱比值之间呈极显著正相关,两糖差值与总糖/烟碱、还原糖/烟碱比值之间的相关性均不显著。

Abstract:The changes of leaf derived value of chemical component in flue-cured tobacco green leaves during the maturation process were analyzed,and the variance and relation analysis with leaf TS-RS value,TS/Nic.and RS/Nic.in green leaves were carried out.Leaf samples were taken from different leaf positions and days in Heilongjiang province.The results indicated that the leaf TSRS was without regularity,and TS/Nic.and RS/Nic.was decreased with the increasing days after transplanting.The leaf TS-RS value was not significant and TS/Nic.was significant,while RS/Nic.was highly significant in different days after transplanting.The days after transplanting was extremely significant negative correlation with leaf TS/Nic.and RS/Nic.
