多效唑对香花槐试管苗生长及移栽的影响

摘    要:以MS为基本培养基,添加不同浓度的多效唑进行香花槐试管苗的继代培养,研究了多效唑对香花槐试管苗生长及移栽的影响。结果表明,多效唑可抑制香花槐试管苗的生长,随浓度的增加香花槐试管苗的嫩梢长度和繁殖系数逐渐降低。在继代培养时,培养基中加入0.1~1.5 mg/L多效唑对壮苗有利,当多效唑浓度超过2.0 mg/L时,在常温下能达到种质保存的目的。生根香花槐试管苗用多效唑处理后能明显提高根系活力和移栽成活率,以浓度为4.0 mg/L的处理移栽成活率最高,达90%以上。

Abstract:With MS medium as basic medium, the effect of PP333 on the growtb and transplant of Robinia pseudoaccia cv idaho plantlets was studied in its subculture added PP333 with different concentrations.The results showed that the growth of plantlets Robinia pseudoacaeia cv idaho was restrained by PP333, and the length of young shoots and reproduetive coefficient were gradually decreased as the concentration of PP333 increased. In the subculture, the addiction of 0.1- 1.5 mg/L PP33 on the medium was favorable for strong seedling and the gemlplasm preservation at normal temperalure could be aehieved when the PP333 eaneentration was over 2 ng/L.The root aetivity and transplanting survival rate of robinia pseudoacacia cv idaho treated with PP333 were enhanced significantly, and in the treatment with 4.0 mg/L PP333 the transplanting survival rate was highest,being over 90%.
