摘    要:采前不同时期分别用50μg.L-1和100μg.L-1的赤霉素(GA3)对"黑宝石"李果进行喷洒,研究GA3对低温贮藏李果冷害的控制效果.结果表明:采前用GA3处理能减轻果肉褐变程度,延长贮藏期,提高贮藏品质;GA3处理可以保持果肉细胞膜的完整性,降低MDA的含量,提高果实抗低温胁迫的能力;喷药2次比1次对冷害控制效果好;在实验范围内,采前用100μg.L-1的GA3喷洒2次能有效的控制低温贮藏期间"黑宝石"李冷害的发生.

Abstract:Effect of 50 and 100 μg·L~(-1) GA_3 pre-harvest spray at different time was studied on fruit chilling injury of Prunus salicina cv. 'Friar'. The result showed that GA_3 significantly decreased browning index of plums, prolong the fruit life and keep storage quality. The chemical maintained the membrane integrity, decreased malondialdehyde (MDA) content and enhanced fruit resistance to chilling stress. Twice sprays with GA_3 had a better control of chilling injury than that of once spray. The concentration at 100 μg·L~(-1) showed better effect than that of treatment at 50 μg·L~(-1).
