烤烟品种重复繁殖性状变化研究

摘    要:通过对烤烟品种重复繁殖性状变化研究,研究品种的退化情况。以田间试验为主,对照为原种,试验随机区组设计。重复繁殖的烤烟品种部分性状667m^2产量、腰叶长、株型、叶型等原种、良繁种差异不明显,另外部分性状株高、节距、茎围、有效叶、667m^2产值等原种、良繁种差异明显,其中K326的上等烟比例原种良繁种差异极显著,腰叶宽差异显著,云85的节距原种、良繁种差异显著。烤烟品种的性状在一定的时间内会得以保持,但是多年多代繁殖种植后,品种特性会发生变异退化。

Abstract:Investigation of the changes of the traits of tobacco varieties in repeated multiplication to understand their degeneration, Stock seeds and improved varieties of tobacco were grown in a field experiment with random block design. Yield per mu, waist leaf length, plant type and leaf type of the improved varieties were not significantly different from those of the stock seed in repeated multiplication, while plant height, internode length, stem girth, effective leaves and output per mu were significantly different. Highly significant difference was found between the stock seed and the multiplied improved Variety K 326 in the proportion of Grade A tobacco leaves and Significant difference existed between the stock seed and the multiplied improved variety Yun 85 in internode length, The characteristic traits of varieties will remain relatively stable in repeated multiplication for a number of years and generations; however, long-term multiplication will lead to their changes and degeneration.
