| 摘 要： | 秦巴山区位于中国秦岭与大巴山之间，地域辽阔，具有丰富的自然资源和独特的景观特征，是经济发展和社会稳定的基石。如何在西部大开发中可持续地利用山区自然资源，是山区经济发展过程中必然面临的问题。而人和自然资源是研究山区人地系统经济发展的理想切入点。发展特色经济是地区优势发挥的动力，特色经济是山区发展的重要途径。镇巴是秦巴山区的一个国家扶贫农业县之一，人口多且经济落后是事实。大力发展山区传统产业、合理开发山区资源、引导第三产业是镇巴山区特色经济发展的必然之路。以陕西省汉中市镇巴县为例，探讨山区特色经济及可持续发展之路。 |

| Abstract: | The Qin-ba mountain areas has expansive tract, abundant natural resources and special landscape characteristics, becomes a footstone of economy development and social stabilization, and an invaluable fortune all over the world. How to use natural resources by sustainale means has becomes a question of great urgency that must be faced in the course of regional economy development. Human beings and natural resources are key points of economy development. The economy with regional characteristics is an important approach of mountain areas development. Zhenba county is one of agricultural poverty counties in the Qingba Mountain areas. It is a fact that has numerous population and unenlightened economy. The necessity ways of economy with regional characteristics are to develop traditional agriculture and stockbreeding, empolder regional natural resources, and introduce the third industry. |
