| 摘 要： | 以小鼠和果蝇为实验动物,探讨了蚕卵冻干粉的免疫调节和延缓衰老的功能。结果表明:50、100和300mg/kg剂量的蚕卵冻干粉对小鼠迟发性变态反应均有显著的影响,50mg/kg剂量可使小鼠血清溶血素HC50比对照组提高88%,碳廓吞噬指数提高15%,巨噬细胞吞噬比率提高65%,心肌脂褐质与对照组相比降低22%,肝脏SOD比活力提高16%;300mg/kg可使肝脏SOD活力提高28%;各剂量组均可延长果蝇的平均寿命,以100mg/kg最为显著。认为蚕卵冻干粉具有明显的免疫调节功能和延缓衰老作用。

| Abstract: | The functions of immunoloregulation and delaying senescence of silkworm eggs frozen drying powder in mice and fruit flies were studied. The results showed that the powder with the dose of 50, 100 and 300 mg/kg had remarkable effects on delayed-type hypersensitivity of mice, that the level of serum hemolysin HC 50 was 88% higher than that of the control, in the meanwhile, the clearance rate of charcoal particles was over 15%, the phagocytosis ability of macrophage over 65%, and the level of lipofuscin of myocardium reduced by 22%, the specific activity of liver SOD over 16% comparing with the control in the mice administrated with 50 mg/kg powder and over 28% when administrated with 300 mg/kg, and that the powder could also extend the average life span, especially to be used by 100 mg/kg powder. It is concluded that the silkworm egg powder has the function of immunoloregulation and delaying senescence notably. |
