| 摘 要： | 通过对顺流式烘干工艺及干湿粮混合干燥的工艺的研究，得出各自的工艺参数及最佳组合，并就２种工艺进行了性能对比，得出了干湿混合干燥工艺顺流式干燥工艺具有节能，提高效率，保证谷物品质等特点，论证了缓苏时间对干燥工艺的重要性。
