顺流干燥及干湿粮混合干燥工艺的试验研究

摘    要:通过对顺流式烘干工艺及干湿粮混合干燥的工艺的研究,得出各自的工艺参数及最佳组合,并就2种工艺进行了性能对比,得出了干湿混合干燥工艺顺流式干燥工艺具有节能,提高效率,保证谷物品质等特点,论证了缓苏时间对干燥工艺的重要性。

Abstract:The results showed that the drying wet grain mixed with some dried grain technique is better than concurrent flow drying with respect to dryer efficiency,energy consumption and grain quality etc. The importance of tempering time in the drying technique was proofed.
