| 摘 要： | 针对模具单件订货式的生产特点,提出构建模具设计与制造全生命周期过程的集成与协同管理平台.研究了模具设计制造上层的项目群计划与下层零件加工作业计划的有效集成,设计了模具行业信息化集成与协同平台,主要包括模具行业信息与过程交互平台、集成化的模具企业门户及客户关系管理系统、模具产品数据管理系统、项目群生产过程管理系统、模具制造执行系统和系统的集成数据中心,实现了行业平台与企业门户的集成、企业设计过程与制造过程的集成、模具设计数据与知识的集成. |
