| 摘 要： | 分别采用钢环法和试管法研制了大黄、乌梅、五倍子等五种中草药对河蟹腐败假单胞菌的抑菌和杀菌效果。结果表明，乌梅对该菌有一定的抑制作用，五种中草药在供试浓度范围内对该菌均均杀灭作用。

| Abstract: | The inhibitbacteria and bacteriacide effects of five kinds of herbs ( Rheum officinale,Prunusmume,Rhus chinensis etc.)on Pseudomonas putrefaciens of Eriocheir sinensis were carried out by the method of steel ring and tube.Results shows that Prunusmune inhibits the bacterium to a certain degree,while none of the five kinds of herbs exert any bacteriacide effect within the range of the testing concertration. |
