| 摘 要： | 发展农村循环经济是解决"三农"问题的重要途径之一,其模式不可能千篇一律,而应根据各地实际,探索不同区域的农村循环经济发展模式。针对大连市农村经济、资源和环境特点的差异,结合国内不同循环经济发展理论和实践模式,对大连市推行农村循环经济发展的模式进行了分析,并提出了对策建议。

| Abstract: | The development of circular economy in rural areas is one of the important ways to solve the "three rural issues",the model may not follow the same pattern,we should explore the mode of rural circular economy development in different regions based on the actual.According to the differences in Dalian City rural economics,resources and environmental characteristics,combined with the domestic different development of circular economy theories and practice modes,the mode of promoting rural circulation development of Dalian City was analyzed,countermeasures were put forward. |
