| 摘 要： | 将犬平均分成3组,第Ⅰ组:口服给药,1ml/kg,1次/d,仅用1d;第Ⅱ组:口服给药,1ml/kg,1次/d,连用5d。第Ⅲ组:口服给药,1ml/kg,1次/d,连用10d。在用药后第5d、10d、20d进行3次检测。通过淋巴细胞体外培养,经形态学检查,检测200个淋巴细胞中的转化比率,结果表明试验组淋巴细胞转化率比对照组的显著提高(P<0.01)。

| Abstract: | We divide the dogs into three groups .At the first group, the dogs are oral administrated(1 ml/kg), once a day and used only one day together. While the second group, the dogs are oral administrated(1 ml/kg), once a day and used 5 days together. While the third group, the dogs are oral administrated(1 ml/kg), once a day and used 10 days together. Then we detected at 5 days, 10 days, 20 days after the administration, respectively. The lymphocyte is cultured in vitro and checked with morphology. the study shows that the lymphocyte's transformation efficiency in E.G. is higher than the C.G. very remarkably(P<0.01=. |
