摘    要:目的]研究密植枣树花期叶片的光合特性以及各光合生理、生态指标的相关性.方法]以3年生骏枣(Zizyphus jujube cv.Jun zao)为试材,选取种植密度分别为1 185株/667 m2(0.5 m×0.75 m×1.5 m)和888株/667 m2(0.5 m×1.5 m)的枣园,在骏枣开花期,用CID - 340光合分析仪测定枣树的净光合速率(Pn),光合有效辐射(PAR)、气孔导度(Gx)、细胞间CO2摩尔浓度(Ci)、蒸腾速率(E)和水分利用效率(WUE)等光合参数,同时得出叶面温度(TL)、相对湿度(RH)等外界环境参数.结果](1)对光合参数的相关性分析表明,在骏枣花期,Pn与PAR、Gx、E和WUE显著正相关.(2)不同栽植密度下骏枣花期叶片光合特性不同,M2:888株/667 m2 (0.5 m×1.5 m)的净光合速率(Pn)、光合有效辐射(PAR)、气孔导度(Gx)、蒸腾速率(E)和水分利用效率(WUE)高于M1:1 185株/667 m2(0.5 m×0.75 m×1.5 m).结论]红枣不同栽植密度对树体光合作用的效率有很大影响.

Abstract:Objective]The purpose of this project was to study the photosynthetic physiological characteristics,photosynthetic physiology and ecological indicators correlation of Chinese jujube under different planting densities.Method]Experiments were conducted with 3 - year - old Zizyphus jujube cv.Jun zao trees,whose planting density was 1,185 plants/ acre(0.5 m×0.75 m×l.5 m) and 888 plants/acre(0.5 m×1.5 m),to determine the net photosynthetic rate(P_n ),photosynthetic active radiation(PAR),stomatal conductance(G_s ),intercellular CO_2 concentration(C_i ),evaporation rate(E ) and water use efficiency (WUE) of jujube trees.At the same time,other parameters of the external environment,such as the leaf temperature(T_(Leaf)),and relative humidity(RH) could be obtained.Result]The results showed that(1) The correlation analysis of photosyntlietic parameters showed that,P_nand PAR,G_s,E and WUE had significant positive correlation;(2) photosynthetic characteristics of the flowering leaves were different under two different planting densities.The net photosynthetic rate(P_n,photosynthetic active radiation(PAR), stomatal conductance(G_s ),intercellular CO_2 concentration(C_i ),evaporation rate(E) and water use efficiency(WUE) of M2.888 plants/acre(0.5 m×1.5 m) were higher than those of Ml.1 185 plants/acre (0.5 m×0.75 m×1.5 m).Conclusion]Different planting densities on the jujube trees have a great influence on photosynthesis of the jujube tree leaves.
