| 摘 要： | 【目的】为新疆犊牛腹泻病的预防提供理论依据。犊牛腹泻多是1月龄以内的犊牛出现一种以消化不良、腹泻为主要症状的消化道疾病,是造成犊牛死亡的主要疾病之一,同时引起犊牛腹泻的细菌种类不同,细菌的血清型也可能存在着地区差异型。【方法】选取新疆四个地方犊牛腹泻的粪便69份,进行细菌常规分离鉴定和血清型鉴定分析。【结果】大肠杆菌99株,沙门氏菌45株,克雷伯菌39株及未鉴定菌株20株。同时对分离的99株大肠杆菌进行血清型诊断和分析多为:O_(55)、O_(44)、O_(86)和O_(125)。【结论】新疆部分地区引起犊牛腹泻的病原菌和大肠杆菌优势血清型均存在地域性差异,为该不同地区犊牛腹泻防治提供理论依据。
