摘    要:研究了茶树根际ALF- 1 真菌( Neurosporasp .) 对酸性土壤pH 和活性铝含量的影响。结果表明, ALF- 1 真菌的生长与土壤有机营养密切相关, 其生长速率随土壤有机营养含量的增加而加快。接种ALF- 1 真菌后, 在有机质含量不高的未垦酸性土壤中, 没有明显的降低土壤铝和升高pH 的效果, 只有在添加有机营养物的情况下, 才表现出显著的降低土壤活性铝和提高土壤pH 的效果。文中就铝浓度和有机质对ALF- 1 真菌的影响、有机质降低土壤酸度的作用以及该菌与有机肥结合施用改良酸性土壤等问题进行了讨论。

Abstract:Effect of ALF 1 fungus (Neurospora sp.) on the pH value of acidic soil was studied. The results showed that the growth of ALF 1 fungus was closely related to the organic nutrients in the soil and its growth rate increased with soil organic nutrients. Soil pH was significantly increased and activated aluminum content in the uncultivated acidic soil significantly decreased when the soil was added organic matters and inoculated with the ALF 1fungus. The effects were not significant when the fungus was inoculated into the soil with low organic matters and without adding organic matters. The effects of Al and organic matter on ALF 1 fungus, the effects of organic matters on decrease of soil pH and the effects of combined application of ALF 1 fungus and organic matters on soil acidity were also discussed in this paper.
