罗非鱼“腹水病”组织病理学研究

摘    要:【目的】对乌鲁木齐市红雁水产公司流水养殖的死亡罗非鱼采样进行病理组织学研究,并进一步研究该病的病因发病机理和危害性及对各组织器官的影响。【方法】采用常规切片制作,H·E染色,显微镜观察其病理变化。【结果】该病暂定名为罗非鱼"腹水病",病理解剖学观察显示:各组织器官均有病变,其中尤以肝、肾、脾为严重,肝脏肿大,质地极度柔软,大量肝细胞坏死,肝小叶中央带坏死,炎性细胞浸润;肾小管消失,肾皮质部大面积出血;脾脏生发中心变性坏死、出血。【结论】通过组织病理学观察证实,经病原分离鉴定,确定其病原为嗜水气单胞菌(Aemromonas hydrophila),该病为嗜水气单胞菌导致的全身败血性变化。研究为罗非鱼相关疾病的诊断及防治提供了科学依据。

Abstract:【Objective】Since the spring of 2010,"ascites disease"has been the leading cause of death of large number of tilapia in Hongyanchi Reservoir,Urumqi.By isolation and identification of pathogen, Aeromonas hydrophila was confirmed to be the cause of ascites disease.In order to have further study of the pathogenesis of the disease,histopathological research on some samples of dead tilapia was conducted.【Method】Conventional slices were cut and stained with H?E,and microscopes were used to observe the pathological changes.【Result】The disease is temporarily called tilapia"ascites disease".By pathological anatomy observation,it has been found that pathological changes have taken place in all the tissues and organs,especially in the liver,kidney and spleen.For example,the liver was swollen.Under the microscope,the texture was extremely soft,with cell necrosis,and central zone of liver cell necrosis. Inflammatory cells were infiltrated,kidney tubules disappeared,a large area of renal cortex was bleeding; spleen germinal center was degenerated and necrosed with blood.【Conclusion】By histopathological observation,it has been confirmed that the disease has the systemic septic changes which was caused by the Aeromonas hydrophila.The study has provided a scientific basis for tilapia-related disease diagnosis and prevention.
