摘    要:试验以NaCl为胁迫因子,设置0,51,86和120mmol/L 4个盐浓度梯度,对6个苜蓿品种进行耐盐试验,通过测定植株的死亡率、分枝数、叶绿素含量、丙二醛含量、可溶性糖含量等农艺和生理生化指标,对供试苜蓿进行耐盐性比较研究。试验结果表明,随着盐浓度的增加,苜蓿的死亡率、分枝数和可溶性糖含量随之增加,而丙二醛含量变化无规律。综合分析表明:新牧2号的耐盐性最强,敖汉苜蓿耐盐性最差。

Abstract:The salt tolerance,which were tested under 0 mmol/L,51 mmol/L,86 mmol/L and 120 mmol/L salt of NaCl concentration by measuring the agronomic traits,physiological and biochemical indexes such as mortality,branch number,chlorophyll content,MDA content and soluble sugar content.The experimental results showed that with the increase in salt-stress,the mortality,branch number and soluble sugar content were increased,but the MDA content had no obvious change.The result indicated that Xinmu No.2 has the strongest ...
