| 摘 要： | 近年来,对植物隐性基因抗病毒感染的研究取得了一些新的进展。从植物抗病毒与感病,eIF4E及其异构体对植物抗病毒感染作用的影响及机制,以及在此理论基础上设计抗病毒的新策略作一阐述。

| Abstract: | In recent years,we have made a great progress in the recessive resistance genes against plant viruses.In the paper the review of the plant against virus,the natural viral resistance mechanism,the eIF4E or its isoform's influence on viral infection,the future developing potential for eIF4E-mediated resistance to plant virus were mainly focused on the base of this theory. |
