| 摘 要： | 为揭示村域土地综合整治工程效益的变化规律，选择了重庆市3种地貌区的土地综合整治工程为研究对象，利用AHP层次分析法分别计算了土地综合整治的单项和综合效益。结果显示，3个村域综合效益评价值天子村＞大柱村＞大泉村，其值依次为0.739 1、0.699 4和0.160 2；社会效益和经济效益评价值也呈现出天子村＞大柱村＞大泉村；生态效益和景观效益则表现为大柱村＞天子村＞大泉村。不同村域土地综合整治工程效益不一样，自然条件、社会经济等多种因素共同影响土地综合整治工程效益。

| Abstract: | To explore the change laws of land comprehensive improvement project benefit of village domain，land comprehensive improvement projects in three kinds of landscape of Chongqing were chosen as research object，using the analytic hierarchy process（AHP） to calculate the value of single and comprehensive benefit evaluation.The results showed that the value of comprehensive benefit evaluation were Tianzi village＞Dazhu village＞Daquan village，and the value was 0.739 1，0.739 1，0.699 4 in turn.The single benefit of social and economic presented Tianzi village＞Dazhu village＞Daquan village.But the ecological and landscape benefits presented Dazhu village＞Tianzi village＞Daquan village.The conclusion showed that there had different benefits on land comprehensive improvement project in different village domain，and the benefits of land comprehensive improvement project were influenced by natural conditions，social economic and other factors. |
