丽江云杉硬枝扦插繁殖技术与生根特性研究

摘    要:研究了丽江云杉植株个体、激素、采穗母株年龄、枝条类型、穗条长度和穗条着生方位等对穗条生根的影响。结果表明,丽江云杉不同单株穗条生根能力存在较大差异,其中以19号和12号生根率最高,可达到98.8%;插穗基部用200mg/kgIBA浸泡5h可促进丽江云杉硬枝插条生根,生根率达到71.4%;穗条生根率和平均生根数在母株年龄间差异显著,随着年龄的增加生根率下降;1年生枝条的穗条平均生根数和生根率均显著高于2年生枝条;穗条生根率和平均生根数在3种穗条长度间差异极显著,以5~10cm的穗条生根率最高,15~20cm的穗条平均生根数最多;从南、北2个方向采集的穗条在生根率、平均生根数和平均根长之间差异均不显著;在云南香格里拉于秋季采用硬枝扦插繁殖丽江云杉,插后35d穗条已基本愈合,插后55~65d和75~85d为生根高峰期。

Abstract:The purpose of the study was to investigate the rooting ability of individual plant ,plant normones,ortet ages,cutting types,cutting positions,cutting lengths and cutting orientations. The results obtained by the experiment indicated that there were differences in rooting ratio among different individuals. The highest rooting ratio occured in 19 and 12 individuals,whose rooting ration were 98.8%. The rooting ratio of hardwood was increased by plant hormone treatment,especially when treated by IBA 200 mg/kg 5 h,the rooting ratio reached 71.4%. The rooting ratio and average rooting number of young individuals were larger than those of mature individuals. The rooting number and the rooting ratio of one year cutting was greater than that of two year cutting. Differences existed in rooting ratio among different cutting lengths. The highest rooting ratio appeared in 5-10 cm cutting and the most rooting number in 15-20 cm cutting. There were no differences in rooting ratio between south and north cutting orientation in the orters. At xianggelila of Yunnan Province ,cuttings were all healed in 35 d after cutting. Higher rooting period occured in 55-65,75-85 d after cutting.
