玻璃钢渔船连接技术研究

摘    要:通过对目前渔船材料的分析比较,确定更新木制渔船的材料为玻璃钢。综合分析国内外玻璃钢渔船的连接技术及结构形式,确定了玻璃钢渔船舷侧结构、甲板与上层建筑以及舭龙骨的连接技术。通过理论计算确定玻璃钢渔船的板架结构形式为梯形结构,塑料泡沫芯材。

Abstract:It was decided to substitute fiberglass-reinforced-plastics for wood by analysis and comparison of the present material made up for fishing boats.Synthesizing the technology of joint and many structure models, the side structure and the joint technology between decks,upper buildings and bilge keel was determined.Through theoretical calculation, we can get the conclusion that the best structure for the framework of fiberglass-reinforced-plastics fishing boats was ladder-shaped structure and foamed plastics core.
