| Abstract: | To obtain the semi-lethal concentrations and the safe concentration of abamectin and mebendazole to Cyprinus carpio,acute toxicity experiments to C.carpio were performed using biological toxic test method.The results showed:the semi-lethal concentration of abamectin to C.carpio at 24,48 and 96 h was 8.72,7.85 and 6.97×10-3 mg/L,respectively,and the safe concentration of it was 1.91×10-3 mg/L;the semi-lethal concentrations of mebendazole to C.carpio at 24,48 and 96 h was 4.29,3.98 and 3.53 mg/L,respectively,and the safe concentration of it was 1.23 mg/L.The safe concentration of the two kinds of disinfectant were close to,or even lower than their dousing concentration in aquaculture.Therefore,abamectin and mebendazole must be used cautiously in the aquaculture production of C.carpio. |
