摘    要:以2年生盆栽富士/平邑甜茶苹果树为试材,研究了水分胁迫对叶片和新根显微结构的影响。结果表明,无论是干旱还是水涝,一定时期水分胁迫后的植株幼叶及其栅栏组织变厚,叶肉上下表皮细胞变扁,其纵/横径变小。下表皮细胞短期淹水时呈波浪状排列,表面积增大;长期淹水时开始解体。成叶及其栅栏组织变薄,长期水涝胁迫叶肉下表皮细胞已经解体。

Abstract:year old potted Fuji/ Malus hapenhensis Rehd.apple trees were used as the mate rials in the experiment.Effect of water stress on microstructure of leaves and newborn roots was stu died .The results showed that under the condition of water stress,compared with contrast,young leaves and polisade tissues became thicker and mesophyll epidermal cells became flater with smaller ratios of longitudinal diameters to horizontal ones.The lower epidermal cells in young leaves were arranged in a wave like shape so that their surface areas were increased during the short term of waterlogging.But they were destroyed over a long period of waterlogging.As a result of water stress,adult leaves and their polisade tissues became thinner,central bundle cells got wider and flater and vessel cells became more developed in the growing roots,but casparian strips changed more indistinct.
