水润滑高速动静压滑动轴承数值模拟

摘    要:采用有限元法求解壁面定律和Reynolds方程,对水润滑高速动静压滑动轴承进行了数值模拟分析.研究紊流状态水介质润滑条件下的动静压轴承三维压力分布、温度场分布及动特性系数,分析高速高压水润滑条件下的动静压轴承与油润滑条件下的动静压轴承不同的液腔压力分布、温度分布等特性.

Abstract:Three dimensional pressure distribution and temperature field of the bear in water lubrication and its difference between the bear in oil lubrication were analyzed in numerical simulating through solving the law-of-the-wall and Reynolds equation with finite elements method (FEM), and the changes of lubricant viscosity with temperature were taken into account. The result showed that under high speed condition, pressure distribution and temperature field of the bear are different from those with oil lubrication and also could control the temperature of bear effectively with water lubrication.
