| 摘 要： | 探索了农民工“二重收入”所反映的本质,揭示出影响农民工市民化和制约国家工业化城镇化发展的根本原因:农民工工资收入远低于劳动力的价值,而且享受不到相应的社会保障,他们把农业收入作为生活保障底线。从而提出统一城乡劳动力市场、改革社会保障制度和发展职业教育的举措来推进农民工市民化,从而实现工业化和城镇化。

| Abstract: | The essence of "The Farmer's double Income" is probed in this paper. Rural worker's salary income is much below the workforce's value, and can not enjoy the corresponding social security, and agricultural income is regarded as the bottom line of living guarantee. This proclaims the basic reason that affects the country's Industrialization and Urbanization. Author has proposed some suggestions for promoting the industrialization and the urbanization such as uniting the labor force market of county and city, reforming the social security system and developing the profession education. |
