水稻抗白叶枯病育种材料的电镜观察

摘    要:本文报道了水稻抗白叶枯病材料的扫描和透射电镜观察结果。开口较小而形态较平坦的水孔有利于阻止白叶桔病菌的侵染。水稻叶片人工接种白叶枯病菌后第3、8和20天取样观察,在不亲和的寄主细胞内出现类边缘体结构(LO)、纤维状物质(FM)和颗泣状物质(GM)。这些变化看来与不亲和的寄主细胞抗病性有关。

Abstract:This paper reported the results of transmission and scanning electron microscopical examinations of the material resistant to blight leaf disease of rice.Scanning electron micrographs revealed that the smaller openning and flatter morphology of water pores were advantageous to prevent the invasion of Xanlhomonas campestris pv.oryzaeUltrastructural changes of the host cells and parasites were investigated on the 3rd,8th and 20th days after infiltration.Lomasome-like structure,fibrillar material and granular material appeared in incompatible host cells.These changes seemed to be in close relationship with the defesne mechanism of host cells against the incompatible pathogen.
