饵料配比、接种密度及盐度对圆型臂尾轮虫种群增长和繁殖的影响

摘    要:以圆型臂尾轮虫(Brachionus rotundiformis)为研究对象,以不同配比的酵母和眼点拟微绿球藻(Nan-nochloropsis oculat)为饵料,采用2个盐度(2%,3%)、3个接种密度(1,10,50 ind/mL)进行饲养试验,比较研究了不同条件及其组合对轮虫种群增长和繁殖的影响。结果表明:饵料配比、接种密度、盐度及三因子间的交互作用均对轮虫的平均日增长率产生极显著影响(P=0.000);接种密度对轮虫抱卵率无显著影响(P0.05),饵料、盐度及两者的交互作用对轮虫抱卵率产生显著影响(P0.05)。三因子的最佳组合:盐度2%、接种密度1 ind/mL、饵料配比为眼点拟微绿球藻18.75×104/mL+酵母4.8×106/mL。

Abstract:The effects of feed, initial density and salinity on the population growth and reproduction in rotifer(Brachionus rotundiformis) were studied. Rotifers were cultured with 3 levels ofinitial density (1,10,50 ind/mL),2 levels of salinity (2%, 3%) and fed with 5 combinations of yeast and Nannochloropsis oculat. Results indicate: the feed,initial density, salinity and their interactions had significant effects (P=0.000) on population growth in rotifers; no significant effects (P<0.05) wereerved on hold egg ratio of rotifers under the different initial densities; feedsalinity and their interactions showed significant effects (P<0.05) on hold egg ratio of rotifers. Results suggest that the optimum culture condition in this study would be salinity 2%, initial density 1 ind/mL and with the combinationof Nannochloropsis oculat 18.75×104/mL and yeast 4.8×106/mL.
