| 摘 要： | 21世纪是生态经济建设时代，资源的过度消耗是生态经济建设的致命问题，农村可再生能源开发是保护生态资源的有效手段。该文从社会经济系统和自然生态系统物质和能量的供求关系入手，结合农村可再生能源建设实践，依据生态经济学的基本原理，论证了农村可再生能源开发在生态经济建设中的作用，提出了农村可再生能源建设的设想。

| Abstract: | It is the era of eco-economic construction in the 21st Century. Over consumption of resources is a fatal problem of eco-economic construction. Rural renewable energy development is an effective means of eco-resources protection. From the relationship between the supply and demand of substance and energy in social economic system and natural ecosystem, integrated with the experiences in the rural renewable energy construction and the fundamentals of eco-economy, the function of rural renewable energy development in eco-economic construction was reasoned in this essay, and the tentative plan of rural renewable energy construction was proposed. |
