密封性试验方法在补口技术比选中的应用

摘    要:介绍了管道防腐补口绝缘层密封性试验方法的建立及其在补口技术比选研究中的应用情况。通过密封性试验,考察了同一种热收缩套/带类补口材料对几种特定外防腐层的实际密封质量状况、不同种品牌热收缩套/带类补口材料对特定外防腐层的实际密封质量状况及不同管径间的差异情况,分析了密封不严的原因。该试验方法对补口材料的选择具有明确的指导作用,技术可行性和可靠性强。

Abstract:biaoThe leakproofness test method for field coating of welded joint of pipelin e coating materials and the selection of coating material are introduced in the paper. By means of the test, t he actual sealing quality of a heat shrinkage sleeve and/or tape (coating material used in field coating of wel ded joint) to some special external coating materials and different heat shrinkage sleeves and/or tapes to special external coating material as well as application differences in different diameters of pipeline are inspected. The poor performance in leakproofness of coating materials is analyzed. This test method establ ished is directive to the selection of coating materials with availability and reliability in methodology.
