埋地钢质管道外防腐层的腐蚀机理

摘    要:介绍了埋地钢质管道外防腐层有机覆盖层的防腐蚀机理,分析了有机防腐覆盖层与阴极保护的关系,指出了三层聚乙烯防腐层、熔结环氧粉末防腐层和液体环氧涂料的优缺点,推荐采用100%固体聚氨酯防腐涂料作为管道外防腐层的补口材料,并提出了提高覆盖层有效性的途径。

Abstract:The anti-corrosion mechanism of external organic coating of buried steel pipeline is introduced. The re- lation between CP and organic coating is analyzed. It is pointed out that 3PE.FBE and LEC (non-solvent type)have different scope of work. For the use of field coating for welded joint,the 100% solid polyure-thane is recommended. The method to enhance the efficiency of external coating is provided.
