| 摘 要： | 汽车是短途运输油料的主要工具。为了确保运输安全，预防火灾，加强油库或加油站安全消防，提出了汽车运输油料时需要注意的安全事项，着重强调运油车辆和驾驶人员的消防要求、装卸及运输油料中的防静电措施和油罐车向地下油罐卸油时的安全要求等。
