| 摘 要： | In the isozyme studies concerning the origin and evolution of Asian rice, Morishima(1990) pointed out that, so far, there have been about 20 isozyme loci related to the differentiation of indica and japonica. In 1990, we discovered another Est locus related to the origin, evolution and classification of Asian rive. Genetic studies revealed that there were 5 multiple alleles on this locus represented 4 isozyme bands,
