| 摘 要： | 以不同抗性西瓜品种为材料,进行西瓜炭疽病苗期不同抗性鉴定方法的研究。结果表明：适宜的西瓜炭疽病苗期人工鉴定接种孢子液浓度为1×106个/mL;适宜的接种炭疽病苗龄为二片真叶期;调查和鉴定幼苗抗病性的最适时期为接种后的7-10d。

| Abstract: | Taking watermelon cultivars of different anthracnose resistance as material to study the different identification methods of anthracnose resistance of watermelon at seeding stage.The results showed that： the suitable inoculation concentration of watermelon anthracnose was 1×106 pfu/ml;the suitable inoculation seeding stage was 2 true leaves stage;the suitable time to investigate and identify the seeding anthracnose resistance was 710d after inoculation. |
