西瓜炭疽病苗期不同抗性鉴定方法的研究

摘    要:以不同抗性西瓜品种为材料,进行西瓜炭疽病苗期不同抗性鉴定方法的研究。结果表明:适宜的西瓜炭疽病苗期人工鉴定接种孢子液浓度为1×106个/mL;适宜的接种炭疽病苗龄为二片真叶期;调查和鉴定幼苗抗病性的最适时期为接种后的7-10d。

Abstract:Taking watermelon cultivars of different anthracnose resistance as material to study the different identification methods of anthracnose resistance of watermelon at seeding stage.The results showed that: the suitable inoculation concentration of watermelon anthracnose was 1×106 pfu/ml;the suitable inoculation seeding stage was 2 true leaves stage;the suitable time to investigate and identify the seeding anthracnose resistance was 710d after inoculation.
