| 摘 要： | 随着我国经济的不断发展和破坏性开发活动的增加,青海草原荒漠化的问题日益严峻,目前,甚至已经严重影响到当地农牧民的生活生产和经济发展,但是,草原荒漠化治理面临着资金短缺的难题。草原荒漠化治理的投融资能力以及良好的投融资环境是解决青海省草原荒漠化,建设环境友好型社会,落实科学发展观的重要保障。本文初步分析了青海草原荒漠化的现状以及投融资环境存在的问题,进一步探讨了草原荒漠化治理投融资环境的机制框架。

| Abstract: | With the continuous development of China＇s Economy and the increase of the destructive development activities, the problem of Qinghai grassland desertification was becoming more and more serious. Now, it has seriously affected the lives of production and economic problem of grassland desertification control was facing a development of local farmers and herders. But, the shortage of funds. Investment and financing capacity and good investment environment of grassland desertification governance was an important guarantee for the so- lution to desertifieation of grassland in Qinghai Province, the development of an environment friendly society and implementing scientific development view. This paper systematically analyzed the current situation of Qing- hai grassland desertification and i the problem of nvestment and financing environment, To further explore the mechanism framework of investment and financing environment of grassland desertifieation control |
