| Abstract: | This review introduced the structure and function of prolactin receptor,mapping,expression and regulation of prolactin receptor gene,and the relationship between its polymorphism and economic characters and disease.Therefore,prolactin receptor gene could be used as a candidate gene for economic characters and disease. |
