银杏离体培养生产次生代谢物研究进展

摘    要:银杏是原产我国的重要药用植物,主要含黄酮类和银杏内酯类等药用成分.由叶片提取药用成分受到含量低、提取工艺复杂、成本高等问题的限制.通过离体培养生产黄酮和银杏内酯近年取得了一定进展,对影响愈伤组织诱导、固体继代培养和液体悬浮培养愈伤组织生长和代谢产物含量的因素,如基本培养基、植物激素、矿质元素、有机营养和有机附加物、褐变抑制剂、培养条件等有了较深入了解.银杏的发根培养也在近年取得了成功.该文从上述几个方面对银杏的组织和细胞培养进行了评述.

Abstract:Ginkgo biloba is one of the important trees in pharmacology,which mainly contains flavonoids and ginkgolides.There are some problems in distilling flavonoids and ginkgolides from leaves,such as the low content,complex technology and high costs.In recent years it obtained some developments in production of secondary metabilites,especially in the effects of basic medium,plant hormone,nutrition and anti\|browning agents on callus induction,subculture and suspension culture.Hairy\|root culture in Ginkgo biloba has been successfal as well.This article reviews the advances from the mentioned aspects.
