大口径毛细管气相色谱法测定嗪草酮原药含量研究

摘    要:采用自制的SE-30大口径毛细管柱,以邻苯二甲酸二丁酯为内标物,不分流进样,FID检测,建立了测定嗪草酮原药的色谱分析方法。结果表明,在所选择的色谱条件下,嗪草酮和内标物在6.0min内很好地分离;嗪草酮与内标物质量比与它们的峰面积比有良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9999;样品加标回收率为99.1%~100.4%;相对标准偏差为0.079%。

Abstract:A gas chromatography method was developed to determinate metribuzin.Self-made wide-bore SE-30 capillary column and a flame ionization detector was used to determinate metribuzin,Dibutyl phthalate was selected as the internal standard substance.Metribuzin and the internal standard substance were well separated through SE-30 capillary column within 6.0 min.Metribuzin and internal standard substance mass ratio and their peak area ratio achieved a nice line relation,which correlation coefficient was 0.9999.The ...
