百合野生种及品种交配亲和性的研究

摘    要:以5个百合野生种和10个栽培品种为试材,研究了种和品种内及杂种系内、系间和种间授粉的结实情况。结果表明,①野生种多数自交是亲和的;栽培品种中,麝香百合一般自交亲和性较高,亚洲百合自交亲和性常常高于东方百合。②系间或种间杂交常常是不亲和的。本文对亲和性高低的判断指标作了有益的探讨。蒴果(子房)膨大率、有胚胚珠率、座果率和有胚种子率是可以参考的直接指标;蒴果膨大系数、蒴果维系时间长短可以作为间接指标。

Abstract:Intraspecific-pollination,intracultivar-pollination and intraspecific-pollination were studied in 5 species and 10 cultivars of Lilium.The result showed that species of Lilium is usually intraspecies compatible.In cultivars of Lilium,intraspecies compatibility of longiflorum hybrids is commonly higher.Intraspecies compatibility of asiatic hybrids is higher than oriental hybrids. Intraspecific-pollination is often incompatibility.Some indices of compatibility were discussed initially.Percentage of ovary swelling,percentage of embryo,percentage of setting fruit were direct indices of compatibility.Modulus of ovary swelling,longevity of ovary were useful indirect indices of compatibility.
