| 摘 要： | 半个世纪以来，全球菠萝收获面积增长2.5倍，单产提高2.1倍，总产量增加5.1倍。2010年全球菠萝收获总面积90.66万hm2，总产1 941.85万t。菠萝罐头出口量长期稳定在100万t左右，2008年最高达到136.5万t。20世纪90年代，菠萝浓缩果汁出口量不足10万t，从2003年起迅猛增加，2008年高达45万t，鲜果出口由20世纪90年代初的54万t剧增至2008年的288.5万t，但近期鲜果出口出现了价格回落、需求减少的迹象。哥斯达黎加、泰国和菲律宾菠萝产业的发展取得巨大成功。

Present Situation of Cacao Production and Trade in the World |

| Abstract: | Harvest area, yield and production of the world pineapple increased 2.5, 2.1 and 5.1 times respectively during this half century. In 2010, the global harvest area and production reached 0.9 066 million hm2 and 19.42 million tones. The global export of canned pineapple maintained around 1 million tones for a long period and reached 1.37 million tones in 2008. The export of concentrated pineapple juice was less than 0.1 million tones at the early 1990s, however, increased quickly since 2003, and reached as high as 0.45 million tones in 2008. The export of fresh pineapple increased rapidly from 0.54 million tones at the early 1990s to 2.89 million tones in 2008. But, there is evidence that show a decrease in prices and volumes in fresh pineapple market. Costa Rica, Thailand and Philippine have made a great succeed in the development of their pineapple industry. |
