摘    要:车辆的疲劳及NVH特性与其刚度密切相关。构成车身骨架的横纵梁一般通过支架或翻边经点焊或铆接连接,因此,除梁本身截面外,其支撑和连接形式也对装配刚度影响很大。应用解析法讨论了边界支撑刚度与实际装配刚度的数学关系并绘制了相应曲线。分析并比较了多种截面薄壁梁的弯曲与扭转特性。应用有限元法计算了不同支撑形式下的实际装配刚度。从轻量化设计角度,提出了承担不同作用的梁类零件应选择的最佳结构。

Abstract:The fatigue and NVH performance of vehicle are dependent heavily on its stiffness. The framework of automobile body is constructed by a number of beam-like structural members, connected together by spot welds or rivets on the flanges or brackets. Besides the cross-sectional parameters of the beams, their support and connection styles greatly influence the actual beam stiffness in the assembly system also. The mathematical relationship between boundary support stiffness and the actual synthetical stiffness was discussed by analytical approach, and the corresponding curves were plotted. Then, the bending and torsion characteristic parameters of thin-walled beam with different cross-sections were calculated and compared with each other. The influences of support styles to the actual synthetical stiffness of thin-walled beam with different open sections were studied by finite element method. Based on the lightweight design rule, the optimum structures for different functions in the frame were suggested.
